Vintage Carnival Dress

Hand-ruffled detailing makes this one truly adorable. Adorned in ruffles and accented with a tulip-shaped side pocket and shiny red buttons on the chest. This dress comes perfectly paired with candy apple red bloomers with ruffles at the leg (see photos below).

 

It's versatile too! This little cotton dress is comfortable and easy to wear making it perfect for everyday trips. It's also darling enough for brunch with the grandparents or church on Sunday. On cooler days, add tights and a cardigan or layer it over a long sleeve top.
