Planning a vintage birthday party for a special little one? These add the perfect decorative touch to cupcakes, food trays and other little delectables.

• set of 16 poly cones (contents not included)
• scalloped cardstock medallions feature vintage illustrations (cake, cookies, gumdrops and more) with crystal glitter accents
• grosgrain ribbon and sheer ribbon ties in baby pink

Cones are shipped with medallions and ribbons removed for easy filling. Fill bags with your favorite treat, tie ribbons in a knot to close. Voila!

Each cone medallion is hand-assembled. Slight variations may appear. Please allow 7-10 days for larger quantities.
